Yves Schneider specialises in public and administrative law. His practice focuses primarily on public procurement, construction law, liability and insurance, particularly in connection with complex projects, construction sites and works.

He advises and assists public authorities, businesses and individuals in preparing and monitoring their projects and in resolving difficulties that may arise during performance. His approach combines analysis of the regulatory framework with a practical understanding of technical, economic and operational issues.

Since the beginning of her legal career, Marie Bourgys has specialised in public and administrative law. Her practice focuses primarily on planning and land-use law, environmental law, housing law and public service law.

She also practises in public procurement and public-private partnerships, as well as energy law. She is a full member of the Walloon Region Commission for Access to Administrative Documents (CADA) and alternate vice-chair.
